Event Information:

Dates: July 8th - July 9th

Entry Fee: $30 cash

Registration Times:  

Friday 11pm-12am (Midnight)

Saturday 10am-11am

Saturday 3:30pm-4:30pm

Sunday 11am-11:45am

Sunday 12:30pm-1:30pm

*Note: If you are an Endurance Challenge competitor, you must check in during registration for each event to be counted in the event.

Try Out the Newest Magic Set Before It Hits the Shelves!

 Magic prereleases are unique events that allow you to play with cards from the newest Magic set before it's even released!  Sealed  tournaments are offered throughout the weekend, so everyone has multiple chances to play!

Play In Multiple Events - Two Different Ways!

 We have five (5) different events starting at midnight Friday night!  The events are as follows: Friday Midnight Sealed, Saturday 10am Sealed, Saturday 4:30pm Sealed, Saturday 4:30pm Two-Headed Giant Sealed, Sunday 11am Sealed, and Sunday 1:30pm Sealed!  Players in each event will receive an Aether Revolt Prerelease Kit which includes 4 Hour of Devastation booster packs, 2 Amonkhet booster packs, a promo card, and other goodies!  Each event will pay out the top players with additional booster packs of Aether Revolt!

Every Hour of Devastation prerelease event will be giving out heaps of Hour of Devastation booster pack prizes!  We're also offering a really cool special deal (information listed below).  In addition, we've been known to give out some pretty cool door prizes to players for just showing up!  You never know what you might get just for coming out and joining in the fun!

If you're a new Magic player - or just new to the area - prereleases are the best place to meet new friends!  Everyone playing in a prerelease is playing to have fun.  You can play, trade, and interact with other Magic players and join in with one of the best gaming communities in the world!

Play in the Endurance Challenge and Win a Booster Box of Hour of Devastation!

Every prerelease, Dream Wizards holds a special event over the weekend: the Endurance Challenge.  Get 4 prerelease event entries (normal price: $120) for $100!  The catch?  You have to play in all of the events.  That means that Endurance Challenge players must play at Midnight, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon (either 2HG or Sealed), and one event on Sunday.  What do you get for finishing the challenge?  Each player who completes all of the Endurance Challenge events will be part of a drawing to win a booster box of Hour of Devastation when the set releases July 14th!  Please note: booster box award is guaranteed only if 8 players sign up for the Endurance Challenge.
